Quartz collects the UI patterns that are easy to get wrong — dialogs, menus, tabs, command surfaces — and treats accessibility as part of the pattern: keyboard paths, focus order, and screen-reader semantics ship with it. Theming runs on the same token layer, so light and dark stay deliberate.
